Mac Holt from Kalbarri SES reports as Search Team Leaders were in short supply in the Region as the qualifying course had not been run for years.A search TL course in Shark Bay has now solved that with 14 students passing subject to pre-requisites being satisfied in a few cases. Similarly with a 4 day Incident Controller Level 1 course held in Geraldton with 4 SES volunteers attending to formalize what they had been doing for years. After a post course assessment in around a month these qualifications should be ratified.
