Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the SES Volunteers Association of WA (Inc.) will be conducted as follows:
Date: Saturday, 12 September 2026
Venue: DFES North East Regional Office, Lecture Theatre, 91 Leake Street, Belmont WA 6104
Time: 0900 hrs (9.00 am)
This year’s AGM will be held on the Saturday, one week after the WAFES Conference.
Members who are unable to attend in person but wish to participate via Microsoft TEAMS are requested to advise the SESVA Returning Officer of the email address to which the TEAMS meeting link should be sent when returning the Member Delegate Form (copy attached).
TEAMS meeting details will be forwarded to each delegate who requests a TEAMS link before the meeting date.
To be eligible to vote, the Member Delegate Form must be received by the SESVA Returning Officer no later than Friday, 11 September 2026. Units that fail to submit the form by the due date will not be eligible to vote.
