- Training Product Notifications: Ongoing updates via weekly E‑academy newsletter, dashboard notifications, and IIR dashboard.
- Currency Training: Currency drills simplified; Training Support Officers to create one annual event with flexible member access.
- Incident Management Training: Progress updates provided across logistics, resources, leadership, sector command, operations, safety, and Public Information Officer products.
- Operational Delivery:On Road Driver Training transitioning to Roadcraft (online prerequisite; offline option under consideration). Emergency Driving Courses currently stalled due to staffing shortages
- Member Reports: General Rescue course delivered and under review; IIRs submitted; Polaris ATU rollout progressing; Height Safety rollout monitored.
