SESVA Annual General Meeting Notice
The Annual General Meeting of the SES Volunteers Association of WA (Inc) will be held at 0930 hrs (9.30am) on Sunday 6th September 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and its effects, the meeting will be conducted mainly via Zoom. Due to social distancing requirements, there is limited room for some attendees, so if you wish to attend in person at our offices at 91 Leake St Belmont, please advise the Secretary to confirm your space. Room is limited, so first come first served.
Each SES Unit is entitled to one vote, and the Authorised Delegate Form must be received by the Secretary by 3rd September 2020 in order for the Unit to vote. Upon receipt of the Delegate Form, Zoom details for the meeting will be sent to the Authorised Delegate.
