As you are aware that DC Lloyd Bailey was seriously injured on Saturday night following an alleged altercation in the city. Lloyd is in the care of the State Trauma Unit at Royal Perth Hospital recovering from his injuries. His condition continues to improve however, at this stage visitors are restricted to immediate family.
Any cards for Lloyd can be addressed to him via reception, and we ask to you to hold off on sending gifts and flowers for the time being until he is in a normal ward. You and your members may wish to send messages of support to the Office of the Commissioner (ocomm@dfes.wa.gov.au) which will passed on each day.
We will keep you informed of Lloyd’s recovery progress.
