Volunteer Leadership Program 2017
On behalf of the Australian Institute for Disaster Resilience (AIDR), I advise that the dates for the Volunteer Leadership Program in 2017 are now available on AIDR’s website. AIDR are now inviting nominations for the first course, taking place in Perth from Friday 31 March – Sunday 2 April.
Please note that applications for this program close 1 March.
Please see the updated nomination form attached, which includes dates and locations for all the 2017 and 2018 programs, together with closing dates. Please circulate this amongst your SES Unit Volunteers who may be interested in developing their volunteer leadership skills and abilities through this program. The form includes details about the program, eligibility for volunteers and provides contact details in case prospective applicants have any questions.
Please note that DFES are not involved in this program.
