09/12/2014 – SES Volunteers searching for missing Boy

A land search and rescue operation is currently active in the Landsdale area.  SES Volunteers are involved in the operation. Units and numbers of Volunteers involved are not know at this time

  • Missing person is a two and a half year old boy named Sam.
  • Sam is described as fair skinned, and was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt, shorts with a grey stripe and he has blonde hair.
  • Sam was last need in the vicinity of Walbrook Mews, Landsdale just after 10:30am
  • Anyone who sees Sam is asked to call Police immediately on 131 444.

At present there is a large number of police resources and other Agencies assisting with the search, including:

  • Local police
  • Traffic officers
  • Mounted Section
  • Police Air Wing (search plane)
  • The City of Wanneroo Rangers
