Subject: Complaints and Compliments

Message: Dear Sirs,
On Monday 7th at around 1.30pm the severe weather tore our front patio off its mountings and flung it on our roof.  We rang SES for help and within 2 hours there was a team of workers at our  house removing the debris from our roof and making safe what was left of the patio.  We would like to pass on our sincere thanks for the rapid response and  cheerfull assistance given by your crew which was headed up by Ken Dewihirst.  Once again we thank you for your help in what to us was a very traumatic experience Ian & Robyn XXX Warwick 6024

SES Volunteers, as emergency responders, do a great job in their community. Acknowledgement by the residents for the work they do is always appreciated

SESVA President
