Tivoli Club of WA Donation

The Tivoli Club of WA made a generous donation of $3000 to the State Emergency Service Volunteers Association last Friday night.  Following a season of shows entitled “Remember When” the Tivoli Club donated the total proceeds of Friday evenings show. The amateur theatre evening consisted of singing, dancing & comedy and in the show price included a chicken & chip meal with tea & coffee. This value was recognised by many people as there was a full house to support the donation to State Emergency Service Volunteers Association.

In accepting the cheque from Tivoli Club President, Sandy Sharpen at the conclusion of the evening, the State Emergency Service Volunteers Association past president, Phillip Petersen, in thanking the Tivoli Club likened the Tivoli Club Volunteers to the State Emergency Service Volunteers in that both organisations provided a positive contribution to the Western Australian community.

State Emergency Service Volunteers who attended and enjoyed the evening said they would recommend the Tivoli Club to other State Emergency Service Volunteers.
