The Jim Burnett Story
State Emergency Service Staff and Volunteers, past and present, gave Jim a very fitting send-off. Many ex staff and Volunteers made a guard of honour both outside and inside the chapel at Pinnaroo as a mark of respect for a highly regarded and much respected friend and colleague. Jim’s life story was outlined as part of the eulogy by his daughter Candice, sons Mathew and Mark, and old friend and colleague Allen Gale.
