Missing Person – Geoffrey Channing (Broome Search) Information released by WA Police
Police have advised that the ground and aerial search for missing man Geoffrey Channing has now concluded. Shortly before 2.00pm Tuesday, the body of a deceased man believed to be Mr Channing was located within the search area, south of Bidyadanga. There is no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will now be prepared for the Coroner.
Police wish to thank the attending air service providers, SES Volunteers, the Bidyadanga community – including local trackers; and the Channing family for their assistance.
