Mac Holt reports that Kalbarri SES had 3 call outs in December – Two of which related to tourist in potential trouble along walk trails in the Kalbarri National Park gorges. With temperatures measured at 52 degrees at the walk trails dehydration and heat exhaustion are common – one tourist had to be transported by FDS to Perth. The end of year presentation night review highlighted the extensive activities of Kalbarri SES during the year.
