1.         ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the above Association will be conducted as below;

DATE OF AGM:    11 th September 2022

LOCATION:           Studio 2   Crown Perth  Gt Eastern Highway Burswood WA 6100

TIME:                     0900hrs (9.00am)

 The AGM will be held on the Sunday following the WAFES Conference at Crown Perth.  If unable to attend, but wish to be present via a ZOOM link, please advise the Returning Officer when returning the Member Delegate form.

Details of the Zoom meeting will be forwarded to each Delegate who requests the Zoom link before the meeting day.

Please ensure forms are received by the Returning Officer by the due date, otherwise
your Unit will not be able to vote.

3         NOMINATIONS FOR VACANCIES

4         SPECIAL RESOLUTION

During the 2022 SESVA AGM a Special Resolution will be moved:
“To award Lindal Booth Life Membership of the SESVA in honour of his years of service as Secretary of the Association.”

5            MEMBER DELEGATE

All Units are eligible to vote.  Each member Unit has one vote.

The attached member delegate form must be received by the Returning Officer by
10th September 2022, to enable a member delegate to vote for their Unit. The form
must be signed by both the delegate and the Unit Authorising Officer (Local Manager).
Please forward a copy of the signed form to sesva.secretary@ses-wa.asn.au

PLEASE NOTE:
Without submitting a member delegate form, you will not be able to vote for your Unit or have a say at the AGM. This is a requirement of the constitution and cannot be altered at this Annual General Meeting.
