David Price ESM – 35 years service
On Wednesday night the 11 May 2022 David Price ESM was presented with his 35 year service medal as a volunteer in the State Emergency Service. David is the current Training Manager at the Mandurah SES Unit.
In 1985 David joined the State Emergency Service in Rockingham. David has had many roles over the years including Training Manager and Deputy Local Manager at the Rockingham-Kwinana SES unit. Other roles included committee member of the WA SES Volunteers Association, Vice President, and President of that Association.
David has been involved in many high-profile searches, David also accepted deployments both intrastate and interstate.
David embodies the qualities of the committed State Emergency Service member and exemplifies the ethos of volunteerism and a commitment to the community that is difficult to surpass.
