GRU Urban
The SESVA has received the following advice from AC Delavale on the status of the GRU Urban. “The GRU Urban PAT acceptance has been received and endorsed by myself ready for DC Operations approval.
Once this is finalised, we will engage the relevant Units scheduled to receive a GRUU. The front winching capability requires further research for a solution which will feedback to the PAT.
Apart from that recommendation I think we are almost there. A few points as a follow up on the Local Managers meeting:
- The GRU Remote evaluations continue and a decision on suitability will be made based on the feedback.
- A will initiate a bus concept in the coming weeks. Once supported I will call for a PAT however, I see this as an simple off the shelf product”
