Mac Holt reports for the second year Kalbarri SES organised and hosted the visit of 29 Emergency Service Cadets (students from Bridgetown High School) and three teachers, at the Kalbarri DFES facility. After sessions with the VFRS and VMRS volunteer groups the SES provided instruction followed by abseiling from the training tower. The end of year ‘wind up’ was held with the year in review (videos/slideshow) followed by presentations and a BBQ with unit members and family.
