Mac Holt from Kalbarri SES reports that Kalbarri SES activities included for this month included refresher Training for the Cliff Rescue qualified and basic stuff for the other unit volunteers with a bit of a thrill with a Tryolean slide from the 9m rescue tower went down really well with the group, plus some required USAR ‘catch-up’ training was conducted this month. A large community event was providing support and safety boat facilities for the first day of the towns canoe and cray carnival.
