From the President’s Desk
In this March newsletter President GordonHall updates the SES Volunteers on a number of matters including the progress of the training workshops which are designed to coach and mentor volunteers through the on-line DFES TAE equivalence package for BSZ and pre January 2011 TAA qualified Volunteers. Gordon also explains the purpose of the social night for SES Volunteers and their partners at the Bayswater Unit on 28 March. Gordon then outlines the work being done through meetings with the Commissioner, the re-vitalisation of the Peer Support Team, the poor media coverage for SES week, the new initiative for the Volunteers Conference and some possible forced changes with the awards night.
