2013 DFES CONFERENCE FOR VOLUNTEERS – UPDATE 1
The SESVA has been meeting with DFES to assist in the planning of the next Volunteers Conference and cn provide you with the following information.
Venue: Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre
Dates:
- Friday 20 September (welcome Sundowner 6pm to 9pm)
- Saturday 21 September
- Sunday 22 September finishing late afternoon
There will be an SES specific stream on the Saturday from 1.15pm to 5pm and on Sunday morning to 10am. The SESVA is considering input received on the SES specific subjects and will be submitting this information to DFES by 2 April. There also may be an opportunity for a live demonstration and suggestions for this can be forwarded to the SESVA at sescomment@gmail.com
The SESVA will take suggestions for all SES and DFES Sessions up until 28 March 2013. Please forward any suggestions to sescomment@gmail.com by 28 March 2013
