A message from the FESA CEO on a new ideas gathering initiative
The ‘FESA Family’ is unique. It is a diverse, but integrated team of highly skilled and specialised people who share a common goal – community safety. Within the FESA Family the many different groups, units, brigades, associations and services are a valuable source for new and innovative business ideas that can be adapted and utilised across our organisation.
This is the intent of the P2P. Through the P2P your ideas will be considered, evaluated and progressed through to the Corporate Leadership Team and in the interim you will receive feedback on the progress of your submission. Our organisation is undergoing a period of dynamic change as we reassess the structure, remodel our culture and enhance our frontline operations. It is an exciting and challenging process that requires input from you all to be a success.
I encourage you all to access the P2P and to contribute to this change process because together we can make a big difference to the way FESA operates and how we can boost community safety.
