Last Tuesday night (23/11/20100 , the Gosnells SES unit was invited to participate in a surprise exercise activity with the Gosnells St John Ambulance (SJA) volunteers. Unbeknown to the SJA volunteers a building collapse with exercise victims had been set up and the surprise SES volunteers just happened to be available to assist. The evening went well and ended up with ideas for honing skills and resulted in improved relationships between the two volunteer emergency service organisations. The activity was organised by Peter Quinn who is an SES and a SJA volunteer.
