SES OPERATIONS DOCTRINE

Over the recent months a review of the current SES Policies, Administration and Operation instructions has taken place, inputting to a new FESA Operations Doctrine. This Operations Doctrine will showcase improvements in technology and fundamental process that are planned to support the efforts of staff and volunteers both operationally and administratively.

The directives for SES Service and SES Administration have been developed under the authority of the Chief Operations Officer in liaison with a small working group.  Both the directives are now available in draft form; for every volunteer and staff member to review via the FESA SES Volunteer Portal.

All access is via member’s normal login details, members who have not yet registered to access the Volunteer Portal can do so through the FESA website.

Access will be available from the 02/06 to the COB 02/07 All feedback welcome and is encouraged and can be forwarded to doctrine@fesa.wa.gov.au where a prompt response will be given.

FESA Said, while we recognize that we have come a long way, there is always opportunity to do better. We are committed to continual improvement to ensure that the SES provides the best service to the communities of Western Australia.
