Information regarding the SES Awards night is as follows:
- Date: Saturday 12 November 2011
- Venue: Astral Ballroom, Burswood Entertainment Complex, Great Eastern Highway, Burswood
- Time: 7pm –midnight
- Ticket price: $70 per person (includes GST)
- MC: Graham Maybury
- Dress code: Semi formal (suit and tie). Medals must be worn
- Entertainment: DJ Bronia (at the commencement of the awards presentations)
- Dinner: Buffet style and includes drinks package
